Maybe they took offence at some of the comments made by our friends from the US.Lol.
Seriously tho what is ridiculous? They probably are prints that timed out in peoples baskets yesterday. Plus drip feeding them like this only enables fans a chance in actually buying a print. The only person i can see beeing hurt by this is a muppet on Ebay tying for a quick flip

These were sold out for a good few hours yesterday. All night in fact. It just seems strange that they are popping up again.
Mine is already framed...

Lovely print tho and bloody massive. Loved it at the open day. Get some photos up mate what sort of frame did you go for?

I know the price is high on the Xenz, but my god it's worth it. It's absolutely huge and is pretty much all handpainted.
I've never seen anything like it.

Xenz π¬π§ Graeme Brusby β’ Graffiti Artist β’ Street Art, by chablis on Dec 11, 2008 14:54:06 GMT 1, I am interested to know what peoples thoughts are on the the fact that the smaller edition is just black and white (and more expensive) compared to the coloured edition, which I prefer and had already bought. Not too sure how it justifies being special other than a smaller run as it offers less in my opinion.
It was described as a platinum back ground when I bought it which I think is a better description as it is softer than a silver. What are other peoples thoughts?

The black and white version looks a bit basic, i would have thought this would be the higher editioned normal run!

The colour one is gorgeous. That should've been the special.

Xenz π¬π§ Graeme Brusby β’ Graffiti Artist β’ Street Art, by grt on Dec 11, 2008 16:35:17 GMT 1, With regards to the 1940's comments i see where you are coming from- but when you consider that it spells Xenz then i think that brings it bang up to date and makes it very special- it brings it back to being modern i.e. Graff lettering (of sorts) but done in a very classical style.
I personally think that it is quite clever.
I have bought a black and white one and cant wait to see it- i have the sprnig print which is very colourful so having a b/w one makes it slightly diffferent and with some correct framing (i hope) will make it stunning!
Now i just need to get a Mr Jago then i am all spent up! ha ha!

His last prints were the Forster editions of 50 @ Β£400 each.
I'm a little surprised to still see these availbale - love the silver edition (and purchased one) - not so keen on the B&W and agree that Β£100 extra with no hand finishing doesn't make sense. There are also versions with different background colours (including red) - were these available at the weekend?

There was an issue with changing the Forster prints (longs story that I can't remember now) so they hand finished all of the dyptichs and are selling them for Β£500 each. Get them here
