ANY re-sale of any ticket is touting.
so in essence mike your mates who sold their ticket at face value was touting them - unless of course they went back to united in the exchange scheme which we dont have

Yes... why is this unrealistic? It happens all the time, I know people of both bought and sold Champions League FINAL tickets at cost...
Totally agree with Mike, I have sold extra tickets for face value for the past 2 CL finals and have sourced tickets for the people who travelled with me and their mates for face value on both occasions. I know lots and lots of people who would not consider asking for more.

Now I'm confused...on the one hand you say it is obvious you are not a tout. On the other hand you say that any resale of any ticket is touting...
So as you are trying to resell your ticket, that MUST make you a tout right?
