The print is one of his font sets, without W. What was different about this was the missing W was printed on the COA. Can anyone help, or did I imagine the whole thing!

Help identifing Eine?, by spirit on Apr 8, 2010 10:10:45 GMT 1, Shutterfont perhaps? I am suggesting that because I don't think his earlier alphabet prints came with COAs - I don't know if shutterfont came with a COA or not but being more recent, it's more likely it did. Could be completely wrong.

me too. seem to be going through a phase of trying to get hold of prints that I missed out / passed on and regret at the moment.
So if anyone has a white shutterfont or an Eine Love for sale/swap at a reasonable price, please can you get in touch.

Luckily I managed to get a circus canvas so shutterfont not a priority now.

The gold one that finished on the bay last night had a lot of damage and I was quite surprised it went as high as it did and the damage would bug the hell out of me.
If it was in mint condition I'm sure it would have gone for up to 3-4 times that price.
Price would all depend on which colourway you decide you like the most. Gold edition was around ยฃ400 originally, white around ยฃ350, Black ยฃ300.
I'm sure someone on here has one for sale at a reasonable price though.

200 odd quid and 100 or so getting it fixed up by a restorer (the crease near the U looks the only real damage) and they have a print worth at least double what they spent on it.

I have taken it to a restorer and was told that due to the fact that the paper was painted in gold that you would always see the damage in the paint. That would always annoy me. So although I wish it went for more the money is going to a NOLA so I will be over the moon when I receive it.
