Bill, DB originals are very good, infact a rare example of where originals are MUCH better than prints.

jan has also from time to time posted links to interesting art that you can buy direct from source. i have bought stuff from one of these links recently and am ever grateful for his help. Β£25 a print too.
i think f**k off is far too strong, try and be more constructive, like do you think you should have your own section on the board under the whats new bit?.
my understanding is that jan bought all of dans canvases from a gallery where they had been lying on the shef for ages. go tell damion hirst to f**k off or all the other rich c**ts who buy up everything before us mortels have a chance to even look at it,they dont buy it to just stick it up on there walls. jan bougt this stuff after everyone had a chance. is there anything wrong with that?

My observation is that the majority of Jan's posts are selling items, which is what this area of the forum is about, but does not add anything to the forum by way of debate. That said I have also seen links he has put that direct you to pieces he has (to the best of my knowledge) no financial interest in them selling. I'd like to see more balance between the volume of selling and "adding value" post Jan puts up, but flaming imho is not the right thing to do. Also look at a few of the threads where established members of the forum have really had a go at each other at a personal level over the last week or two. I have not seen Jan reply in an emotional / personal way even when the posts directed to him have been like this.
