You have been trying to sell it for ages, why dont you ask the Forster Gallery if they will sell it for you and take a bit of commision for it, i reckon you'll have a much better chance that way and you may even get the current market rate for it. good luck selling it.

Fair play to the seller though as the price has come down from something like 4995 when it was on ebay originally. I still think 3k is a good price though but im not a die hard Baldwin admirer.

That's why I only buy via proper eBay auction, or here after eBay has established the price.
None of those above saying what a steal your Baldwin is have bought it.
You may well get more later, but at the moment its value is what it is.
That said I don't think this thread or your selling issues will affect its 'value' if offered at another time or in a different place.
I'm assuming you bought it a while back, but you'd have to say that the real loser is anyone who paid 10K at Forsters recently.
