Well for me its a fun, little print from a true legend in the street art world. Good enough reason as any i guess.

This isn't a pretty woman, so it must have some kind of environmental/political meaning.
Urban Camouflage, by any chance? Maybe something to do with Foxes moving into cities from the country side? Pretty sure its not just a Fox with a cone on his head, if he'd wanted to paint something pretty it would have had tits and ass.
