Been boxing prints and running back and forth from PO today and yesterday. One sad story from guy whose Eine had been crushed by some clod hopping postal workers foot, hope it is a one off and all others arrive ok.

Mark, sorry to say this but I picked up my print from the depot this morning and it too was crushed. To be honest, I expected there to be some damage when I seen the box the print was sent in. Any advice Mark?

New Eine, Ryca, Hutch,Snub and Samuels Prints, by etched on May 13, 2010 21:46:48 GMT 1, arrived yesterday - box took a hit but the print survived - them boxes are too light for postal purposes......also included was Artswipe newspaper with interviews with the artists involved. Great indept Eine interview to start - well done Mark. Print is better in the flesh - 3 shades of blue with touches of overspray - excellent ! Lovely soft white paper too -

New Eine, Ryca, Hutch,Snub and Samuels Prints, by Mark Perronet on May 14, 2010 19:15:27 GMT 1, Boxes were I agree a little lightweight, I usually use the white ones from the same supplier and they have been fine, this time I ordered the brown ones as a bit cheaper but did not think there would be any difference apart from the colour..but there was.
I am really sorry this has happened with so far two people and have been in conversation with them both discussing what can be done. Really sorry and upset to be honest, all the bloody work that has gone into the whole thing for some slack brained half jaw to stand on it.
I will learn from my mistakes, and keep on keeping on..
