Frustrated to say the least.

I was checking the page every few minutes since Phone Booth started tweeting about it.

All that, then it drops at 3am...when most of the US is sleeping....guess it was meant to more of a euro-friendly release.

The "expect your handidan screenprint very soon" tweet from two days ago threw me off.

These didn't sell out in a couple of minutes did they? I was on the web-page a couple of times this morning some time after the email came out about it, wasn't sold out then. Didn't have the money though.

Art Asylum Boston lied to me about sending me a FREE print. I spent over 1700 dollars with them The worst service I ever received from any gallery. It took weeks to get the things I bought.

The story goes as follows...I had called JASON in advance before the show and he promised to put a Handiedan print aside for me . He never sent me a bill. Weeks passed and I called him asking where my print was. He said I never paid for it. I told him I never got a bill. I had already bought 1700 dollars of art from him and couldn't understand why he didn't send me another bill if he hadn't gotten paid. I told him if I didn't pay the 1700 dollars wouldn't you have sent me another bill ?? He gave me some lame excuse than promised me he would send me one for free and include a book by Roger T. I told him that was very kind of him and he didnt have to do it.That was three weeks ago and nothing ever arrived in the mail . here is his lame excuse reply:

its not that i do not shoot straight, I did not get paid for the print and my story did not change i was under the impression that when we sent out our last set of packages that I we included a print for you, if it did not arrive yet thats one thing, O told you I would double check! we have had major flooding here causing many delay's ..if for any reason one did not go out to you I stated that i would overlook the transactions to see if I had one available to send because i stand by my word.


someone who doe snot shoot straight would be if I had charged you for it and you did not receive what you paid for, i was more than happy to give you a discount and accommodate your need's I.E contact Collin etc...

but if you are going to get bent out of shape over a FREE piece than I cannot stop you from being frustrated.. however getting upset over something like this is a bit unfair... never the less should it show up a bit late like that last package despite my efforts to send it out in a timely manner than so be it.

I SAY TO MYSELF AGAIN IF IT WAS THE 1700 THAT I DIDN'T PAY WOULDN'T IT HAVE BEEN THE PRUDENT THING TO SEND ME ANOTHER BILL ?? HE PROBABLY OVER SOLD THE PRINT THAN TRIED TO COVER HIS BUTT. IN ANY CASE I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY AGAIN. IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE!!
