What's more irritating is when 'new' members show willingness to extract the maximum amount of cash from 'old' members for a piece when it is reasonably clear that they got the information about that item from this forum. I cannot readily think of a solution to this (Looks back fondly to the days when off e-bay sales were conducted net of fees / on a equal split basis / discounted for previous favours etc etc.....)

Mods) very helpful. I think everyone would like to make a little bit of profit when selling or trading. All people want to see is some fairly-priced trades. For example, it is very helpful when it is pointed out which members here or on eBay might be shill bidding.

I don't really see anything shady about that If you were happy to sell it at whatever price, then your involvement with it is finished. I would imagine you have done the same thing over the years? am I wrong?
I seem to remember you were advertising that you were after a piece a few weeks back and you had another buyer already lined up for it? am I wrong?
At the end of the day, people buy and sell and I should think most people do try to sell for more than they paid in an ideal world.

As for this print. I was offering 2 Handiedans for 1 Miss Bugs. Snow white is selling for $150 on the bay. And I paid $125 for Thanslucent with total trade around $275. The Miss Bugs I want El Vira last sold in eBay for $284. You are really making a BIG deal of me cheating someone out of $9?
As for me being a flipper? Eh, you seemed to not have an issue taking my MBW print 2.5weeks after the release.

Also, if you go back and look at the thread that had my MBW listed for sale or trade, you will see that I had Insect Star Eyes listed as a wanted trade. That's what I got with the sale of said Invasion. Which I sold for $75 less than the average going rate. I paid for the shipping also.

We're not all here solely to make money, although some clearly are, possibly an increasing majority?
No one minds people making money I don't think, indeed it's an integral part of the success of the market as a whole but one of the benefits of being part of this forum was that you could buy and sell at discount to ebay. Someone would do you a favour and you would repay that favour to another. What you didn't tend to get was someone (in this instance) buying a Handiedan and bigging up the quality then trying to turn it around in an instant. There's no getting away from this.
As Silky says, it's yours and you can do what you want with it. You can burn it if you want and post online but you have to expect a little negging, this is inevitable.

I hope 2 months in a dark tube doesn't cause any problems for the print. A 12 layer S.S. kinda makes me nervous all rolled up. Paranoia???
