Yep - agree 100% harveyn.
I have followed Joe's work since he started posting here. Loved it form day one. But his style has developed and matured, and his work never fails to move me. I only have one piece of his, just a small sketch, but I love it.

Initially a charcoal skull until a friend took the piss out of the way it looked, so i whipped the shit out of it with an old rag (before it was fixed) and got busy with the pastels!

He keeps in the really dark n dirty stuff but doesn't try and write it in structured poetry (so more true to the original french) which can make some translations a bit wet!
