Definitely. His recent work in the favelas of Brazil were real eye openers. His street work is on a another level to anyone else out there right now. Somehow I don't see him ever incorporating skulls or bullets.

Homeless, orphans, refugees all very strong and memorable pieces.

If it was painted in/for PE's gallery isn't it plausible that it was painted with the intention of being sold by the gallery and the money being split in some way between artist and gallery?
People seem to be treating this as if it was a personal commission which is immediately being flipped but I don't think that's the case here.
