I think the float look is due to the print rather than framing (the shadow is printed on). The print is surrounded by a normal mount with a thin blue mount visible underneath. Here's a slightly closer look at the frame

Though he's based outside of London, he offers a pick up and delivery service - saves heaps of your own time and he's never faltered on all the work that I've seen either from forum members or at TLSG exhibitions.
