Mister Frameman โข Mr Frameman, by romanywg on Apr 9, 2008 17:44:22 GMT 1, The 'Found Show' were excellent. It was just that I saw one of the immodium ones more recently. Personally I would have reframed those that are still for sale 'cos it's not good publicity.

The ones that are sold now come to me to be framed and the ones in the gallery are for samples only. Unfortunately if I were to reframe those in the gallery they would be "bad publicity" again in 4 weeks time as they are not particularly well looked after!
.......Thanks for your "Found" comments!
.......How about I do your next piece and you can sample my work 1st hand?

Deep End by Adam Neate is next. Might take you up on that.

Mister Frameman โข Mr Frameman, by Zippy on Apr 9, 2008 23:04:23 GMT 1, romanywg, I had reservations about using MFM. I drove him mad re insurance from collection, how he was going to frame, what about materials etc... I can honestly say he has done a stirling job and is currently framing my 3rd most valuable piece. If you want more details, PM me and i can e-mail you pics etc.... Z

I too was paranois but have no qualms in recommending his work. Really helpful and really fair bloke. His Dads spot on too!

Mister Frameman โข Mr Frameman, by streetgirl on Apr 10, 2008 9:36:21 GMT 1, Gary (well, Dale really but Gary gets the credit) has done about 15/20 pieces for me in the last year. (It was a big year, what can I say)
All done immaculately. I know I'm biased, but some of the framing he's done with more 'popular' prints is the best framing I've seen on them. My Toxic Mary and Incredible Sulk being the two standouts. Interestingly, the prints that were my favourites pre-framing aren't now that they've all been framed. Which says a lot for the framing.
PS: In the one instance where the print wasn't quite flush with the mount, he picked it up same week and re-did it with no charge.

Mister Frameman โข Mr Frameman, by streetgirl on Apr 10, 2008 12:36:42 GMT 1, Reading. Know it well. Okay, well know Mandela's well.
Drop him a line, all his contact details are above. Am pretty sure he can accomodate as he has picked up from forum members way outside the M25 circuit.
Would recommend this over posting something up to him as the print won't be susceptible to being dented.

Seems everyone knows Mandela, but from what I heard it isn't operating any more
I live in Bracknell and Gary picked up from here so another 4 or so miles I am sure won't be a problem. Alternatively you can send double tubed, but I had a Found piece that was too big to post and I was too worried about the postie killing one of my prints
