Here's my Invaded Scream--perhaps not as special as that beautiful original, but I sure do love it.

Space Invader FRAMED, by yojoe007 on Sept 23, 2013 12:21:12 GMT 1, Nice one Yervi , I have to agree the print and tile together looks great. Curious to know how some of you with earlier Invasion Kits mounted the mosaic to the mat/backing board? I understand they didn't have the adhesive backing that IK14 had... and to those with IK14 who had it framed, did you use the adhesive, or go for something less "permanent"? Investigating framing my IK14, but unsure how to go about it. Perhaps even worried a little that with the adhesive backing over time it could slide down with gravity inside the frame. Wanted to have a bevel mat window, and the mosaic inside an MDF (or similar) "window box" with the matting over the top, but mounting them proud seems to be the way to go, and closer to the original (street) idea... this one above looks fantastic (as do mฬถoฬถsฬถtฬถ all in the thread), but wondering how it's held in place! Cheers

Recently purchased and now in hand, but would really appreciate the forums thoughts on where to get a decent perspex box frame as this would appear to be the best way to display the Invader in its full glory.
I am based in London so any suggested framers in the south / east of the UK would be ideal.
Shootagain, your framing looks immense and I would love to know where you got that done please....
Thanks in advance, Simmo

MFM (Mr Frameman - Gary) did it for me... quite a long process and not cheap but well worth it in the end ;-) You can PM him here on this Forum...

Hey YoJoe, the first time this was framed it was done with small spots of silicone but this came down, luckily no damage to tiles at it was at the bottom of frame one morning, it was then done with a lot more and has stuck for years now, I have no intention of selling so not too sure if it is totally reversible but my framer said it is, If i ever need to sell but i would probably sell as is.

Please don't take down the street pieces. They are for everyone to enjoy Those that do get taken down are left looking a horrible mess.
