Well done Grafter

Picked mine up from post office this morning. Looks great and already in the framers. I forgot to take a picture before dropped it off so will have to wait until get it back from framers next Saturday before posting pictures. Frame, deep white with conservation glass, ended up costing about double the price of the picture but felt I wanted to do your great image justice.

Has everyone paid now or are there a few left?

Well done again, I for one am chuffed to have the image as well as helped you make a contribution to a great cause.

P.S. See the canvases did not hang around once they could keep site up long enough for people to buy them. I would have been tempted if I had seen them for sale but that would have been a bit greedy. ;D ;D

Hi there

I got my print from Grafter personally yesterday....the print looks great and after having met him i can say that he is a top guy. He told me how he had worked for years on his technique to perfect small detiails in his work and find his personal style and subject matter, before he ventured into the open. I think this is only the first few of a lot of good works to come from his hands.

After been stuck indoors for over a week doing prints and canvases, I felt the need to get streetside again.....and Boy, It felt GOOD....

EDIT: Please take this as constructive criticism. I think the composition is very good, but the image as a whole could have been larger, or maybe it would have looked better in a smaller space without the top half of the door on show. The stencil looks really well cut and i think you've clearly got a knack at it!

EDIT 2: In fact it's an exceptional stencil.

actual stencil is really impressive, no idea how you did it but the statue effect looks amazing- as previously stated though, it looks a bit underwhelming in situ. Have a hunch this would be fixed if the whole door was painted black.

Typically good work. I don't personally enjoy the image, but think it looks extremely well executed. Great stuff mate!!!

Fucking p1sstake about the other piece going AWOL! I hope (against my better judgement) that the thieving tosser actually gets it hung, rather than hording it away for a sale in a cupboard somewhere!
