It is a man, Jeff. However, I wouldn't get too hung up on the name or gender, just appreciate the intricacy and composition of some facinating art.

ALB's comment on Supine's placement is something I agree with. He's definately got an eye for context.

Excuse my ignorance, I only heard about that name quite recently... And to answer "iwouldfollowyouanywhere" 's very disobliging remark, I have to say that I use google a zillion times a day, and that I learn a lot everyday about some fellow-artists I didn't know before... I asked here because I happened to be here and this is a thread about that person and sometimes a good link from a forum member is better and faster than browsing among dozens of possible links on google, that's all. So, calling me "ignorant of other artists", whereas I've been into art and learning new things every day since the early 70s when I was a teenager, is quite offending... For a year or so, this forum has taught me a lot about all those street artists I didn't know, I discovered loads of very interesting people, but I humbly believe that I've taught a few things to some forum-members too !
Street-art has become so wide and is developping so much and so fast at the moment, that it's hard to know everything about everybody !
I might know more about the 70s and 80s scene, but doing my very best to catch up !
Once again, I'm shocked by the way some people post insulting messages on here for no real reason...

That Supine on the Phillips site is amazing. So much depth. Best I've seen from him in my humble opinion. I reckon you should be bidding on that Wiz.

Colours aren't garish enough. Looks like a poor imitation.
