This portrait of Basquiat is part of my black/white/red portrait series. Stencil on canvas, 50 x 50 cm. It's now being exhibited at Anne Vignial gallery (Paris). The series is now 8 paintings (Basquiat, Dylan, Bashung, Angela Davis, Johnny Thunders, Nick Cave, Joe Strummer, Alan Vega). Some more soon. Price per canvas is still 800 euros (550 pounds).

ps : the one below (with the purple shade) was sold. I replaced it with a new one : no purple, only black...
the Nick Cave was sold and replaced too. But my originals are always different from each other, even when done with the same stencil.

I have another Basquiat stencil, much smaller (20x20cm) that I've only used once so far !
The painting is on 3mm medium and it was sold last may.
It can be seen in my book. (and on pic below, almost real size !)
Of course, I can use the stencil again if you're interested (on canvas, or medium, or paper...).
My 20x20 cm are 300 euros (200 pounds)
I also take commissions for different sizes.

I'll soon make some more canvases with that image, but probably with a larger size stencil...

Someone asked for my treatment of Warhol, here you are, dude :

The stencil's been only used once so far and the canvas was sold. But I can (and will) paint some more, of course ! The size is 40 cm x 40 cm... There's a photo of that painting in my book.
