The first thing that crossed my mind was some sort of Eine connection.

Hastings has a cracking art scene these days and Mr B certainly would have friends in the town, Eine etc... Slightly gutted as I was in the town on Friday night and didnt see this, I bet I was standing next to him in the Dragon bar..... ;D.
I will take a look this coming weekend. Any idea where it is? Obviously on one of the sea walls....
