Sold one here within 48 hours for 1k£ before Christmas. Definitely the price if mint with some provenance.
EDIT : Would also add that this is one of the best Banksy posters by far, the size, the paper, the image...not surprised these are high the price ladder for posters

I'm a new user to the Urbant Art Association and have signed up to post the sale of my Banksy Monkey Parliament print.
This is a great example and the condition is excellent I'm pretty sure you will be hard pushed to find a better example on the market. Given this print is over 10 years old it does have a light crease in the centre of the image which starts at the bottom of the print and fades towards to the top. This was caused not from folding but from storage in a sleeve.
Open to offers, open to collection in person and open to arranging delivery.
Now need to figure out how to attach images to this thread as I'm posting from a mobile device. Help welcomed from seasoned users.

But i agree its hopeful.
