I'm still wouldn't keen on hanging this in my house, I just don't like how it looks, but if it's you thing then c'est la vie dans la maison. I know I am missing the point, I just like to look at things I like in my house.

Actually portfolios are for creatives, designers, architects and artists.
You gotta admit that it's pretty funny that you went from absolutely detesting someone and their (cough) "art" to thinking it will be THE seminal print of the decade.
I sometimes wonder if you can see all that art you have on your walls with all those ยฃยฃยฃ's in front of your eyes.

The computer cannot and will probably never be able to substitute the look and feel of beautifully printed work - whether it be art or design.

for small graphic design pieces (logos/branding etc) i can see how presenting work on a laptop screen might be beneficial but that's about it
the fact that so many people on here talk about seeing something 'in the flesh' sums it up...a computer screen cannot illustrate represent an image in its real form. if paper is 20 years behind the times, why do we buy images we like in paper form and not digitally?
