Each print is printed on very heavy stock and rolled so tightly that each print is dinked to f**k. I understand that this is not an expensive piece but when you pay 40 quid for a poster you expect it to be in good condition. Istead it has been rolled up and stuffed in tubes far to small. Unfortunately the team at crackedz can speak minimal english so a solution to the problem has jet to be found. In the meanm time i can recommend not buying one of these pieces.

Studiocromie have done a great job for him and I would trust them totally. But Crackedz ask more questions than they answer. 700 Euros for a sudden and restricted release of what seems to be a signed version of the poster is a step to far for me. Are we being asked to pay over 650 euros for a signature. WTF are they doing and is JR complicit in this. This is my favourite artist and his reputation is taking a pounding for me. Buy his books, look on his website for free and enjoy his magnificent work.

Probably Crackedz's explanation is not the best, but this is part of the signed edition. I contact JR's website a while ago asking about this print and last night I got an email saying that only 10 copies were for sale on Crackedz.com
"Then we are really pleased to inform you that 10 prints of the favela action are exceptionally available on www.crakedz.com.
These prints are limited from a 200 serie signed and numbered. The dimensions are 100 x 70 with white borders. The print is in color on special paper with additional varnish."
So they are not doing anything wrong. I guess there are only a few left and they are free to ask whatever money they want for those prints.

I bought the Laz Ladj edition (very excited about it still). Now I see this other signed version of the same print for only $85. Maybe it's not exactly the same (edition of 250 vs I think 80, for example) but damn that's a major price difference.

A number of the edition were allocated to laz to sell. They disappeared late last year off the site as JR said they were no longer available. I was pissed as was just about to buy one then they disappeared.
