The woman in the shop said some elements of the print come from some work they did about 7 years ago but never released, and something about it (the address or club name??) holds special significance to Faile themselves.

Have to agree Wiz. Print looked poor to me and I didn't even give it a second look. To be fair though the stencil and boxes were great and probably fairly priced.

They've employed such a great selection of their more iconic images, I fully expect that the 5th version from Gestalten will be much the same. My guess is another version of the Faile Dog, Challenger or Vanity print.

It was a mixture. Some were for sale, some weren't, some were one offs, some were from editions.

The Artist Editions are great. I went with the pink one. Will compliment my There Were No Words letterpress nicely

How can I get a studio version of the book?

I don't think so. It's basically a space they were loaned for the weekend from a friend who owned a space near by. I didn't even see a phone, all the cc processing was just being done over a laptop. They are breaking down Saturday night. They are down to single pieces on almost every version with the yellow being next to sell out. It's pretty funny talking to the guy who was working, it seems this location is directly behind where they did the Arcade on Bowery a few months back. Totally by accident too.

You still have..are these limited to one per person..?
