As I've posted on this thread, I was lucky and had a friend purchase me a book from the NYC shop.
(Its being shipped to me today!!!!)
I was also lucky enough to be on the list to receive one from Gestalten.
I already have the signed edition. 2 books ARE enough for me.
So, I paid a total of $330. ($250 +$23 for tax. $57 for shipping to me and her trouble.)

If anyone wants me to purchase the Gestalten edition for them, I'd ask a payment be made for $330 to my paypal account.
I'll order the book and have it shipped to your address.
