The Duty/Tax charge is incorrect. How do I dispute these charges?

I got a FedEx bill this morning also, for £38.05, i filled in the FedEx complaint thing online straight away. This stops the payment procedure until the case is sorted out. You must all do it. I'm almost certain books shouldn't be taxed on import duty? It's got to be up to Faile to sort this out with FedEx, no? I mean they have the account with them, they put s**t loads of business there way.

I had one on order from amazon.ca but although they said they had 3 in stock, they didn't! I ended up finding a Studio Edition for a good price!!
