D*Face No More Heroes Superman Print, by kunstrasen on Oct 16, 2010 16:45:37 GMT 1, I would never compare this print with the Don't Panic... Size, quality, image...
Have you seen both in person? Me can't really judge the quality of those prints sitting abroad. Both hand pulled screen prints though, image is down to personal taste I guess. What's the size of the superman? No clue.

Not sure on exact size but the blue main edition does have the white border. It's the same as the yellow variant in that respect. I prefer the blue having seen both.

D*Face No More Heroes Superman Print, by jackstranger on Oct 16, 2010 17:11:04 GMT 1, Not both in person af, but I have the Don't Panic poster so I could take a closer look to the image. I understand that the Don't Panic was created having in mind to be a poster and 'No more heroes' to be a truly print release. Hopefully I will have my yellow one in the next couple of weeks and will be able to detail more. I guess the size is about 90X65. I was waiting for a new BRP D release since a long time, so I never asked about size to BRP, just bought it having seen the lovely picture of it;)

Well, I prefer the 'Panic Now' image from the distant impression I've got by miles. 'No More Heros' seems a bit much warmed up to me but that's just my opinion. Liking the comic style to 'Panic Now' which might be the reason for some to see it as a poster. Comes in line with 'What have I become'. Guess very much a matter of personal taste.

It is indeed a matter taste I agree with you that Panic Now is the continuation of What have I become and No More Heroes may be the continuation of Not so Superman and Feels so Good.
Strangely I find some similarity with the No More Heroes and the Pop Tart, perhaps the editions and something in the Superman d-faced face. Not comparing Pop Tart with No more Heroes though.

That is what I meant with a bit much warmed up.
Edit: Last thoughts on this...just seems a bit made under the estimation of the commercial/selling point of view. Like he has put all in the crowd liked before into this. Personally I prefer things artists do more out of their creativity rather than what they think brings them cash. Can't put the intention of cashing in into the Panic Now, can ya!? As said before a matter of taste

D*Face No More Heroes Superman Print, by vanilla17 on Oct 17, 2010 8:38:13 GMT 1, Had an amazing day down from the north yesterday.
popped into Multiplied at around 11.20 and managed to pick up a blue Dface. really suprised there where still avialable. As people have posted above the blue looks so much better in the flesh.
Then over to Moniker. Fantastic range of artworks and the live painting was a pleasure to watch.
Quick dive into stolen space and pure evil gallery for some more inspiration.
Topped it all of with a trip to Hell's Half Acre which was a real experience and showed the works off to their full potential. a little spooky on your own though.
all in all great day, met some really nice people and fellow collectors. well worth the four hour train journey home.

D*Face No More Heroes Superman Print, by jackcuzzy on Oct 18, 2010 14:41:57 GMT 1, There are still at least 50 blue ones out there for some reason so I imagine these will hit online soon.
BRP are shipping them out to buyers. Should take around 2 weeks they said.
I wonder if any of the 50 yellows were held back as well or did they sell all 50 at Moniker? Maybe they held 20 back for online too.
