Laz had a couple a while back, and i would email orbi at the space shop to see whats coming out.

There was also a nice Alias at the recent Bloomsbury Urban Art Auction, which like so many of the pieces appeared to go unsold: www.bloomsburyauctions.com/detail/20430/143.0
May be worth making some enquiries about that one too.
Plus, Jonathan Levine seem to have a few.

I'm interested in seeing the pics. Always a shame when something disappoints on arrival, particularly at this price point.
I was really tempted by the Invaderoma book and have been debating pulling the trigger since release, though see it's now sold out. If your friend decides he doesn't want to keep it, it's worth contacting Orbi to see if they'll take it back. I'm sure plenty of others will snap it up if it is returned (possibly, me included).
As to size, that shouldn't have been too much of a surprise, given that the dimensions were clearly stated on Invader's website.

It's only marginally smaller than 'Paris' and 'LA' (so way bigger than the top 10 booklet). I bought the mosaic & the softback.. the mosaic version is mounted onto a hardback cover and is reassuringly weighty. I think all the mosaic versions are identical though.

I mailed Orbi to express my disappointment and I was offered a return / payback by Invader himself (which I declined, though disappointed, I keep my Invader kit) so I guess you can mail and ask for a refund...
