Got there later than I had hoped due to poor train service and the one I really loved with the hole in the wall was gone (someone really lucky), but after considering a few, having a cig outside, another beer, I decided on this one with the big monster fish and little happy fish, very happy with my purchase ;D
If they didn't all go yesterday, I'm pretty sure they will today, so get there early if you want one.
I am really into Dran's stuff. Would have been nice to have stayed a little longer and perhaps taken in some of the other shows, though it was great to see my purchase hanging proud. I could happily have bought 10-15 of them. I am a sucker for his work. As we discussed last night, it's a great idea for a print release which in essence turn out to be 100 originals. Am also curious as to what the images on the missing 30 or so were.

I bought one that says in BIG "f**k Society" and the kid drew "That's because no one wants to be your friend on Facebook, Loser" on top of it... LOVE IT!  (now click on that link!)
I can't believe you think this is cute and lighthearted, apart from the pow/invader logos and a couple on slightly cringy slogans (yours included - sorry) the whole show is structured around alienation, loss, love, lost love, loneliness and anger. Images of colourful imaginary brighter worlds, imaginary friends, monsters, parents, sit next to planes dropping bombs , anger at authority, dead relatives in bed. The show as a whole is stunning, the piece i got is pretty fucking heartbreaking.
Cute and lighthearted it certainly aint.

62 in store (32 remaining when I left at 7.30). I was told 8 reserved for staff, 10 others reserved, 20 for international.
Presumably one of the 10 is for the competition.
The 20 I've been told are similar concept to some of those on show. Have no idea how they intend to sell these, best to get in touch methinks
