Although I have to say I would find it very difficult to place in my collection and imagine it would be expensive.

vellum finish means - Uncoated paper with a slightly rough-textured surface similar to an eggshell or antique finish. Vellum-finish paper is highly absorbent and works well in high-speed printing.
