I've just been having some fun with my 'Royal flush' piece... producing a limited run of regular canvases and some funky AP's. After I showed the (near) lifesize version at the 'Free for Wall' 2 exhibition in the BLG I got some interest in doing old Charles on canvas. Now that I've completed them I thought I'd put them up for debate 
This is the beast that was hung at the BLG...
Below is the AP version... gold throne, Union Jack and all!
And this is the regular edition.
Let me know what you think. All opinions, comments and views welcome ;D. If you'd like more information on them pop along to www.aprovocateur.co.uk and at the top of the 'APHQ' page it should all be there.

I think she has a certain hidden quality

Fake, I know what you mean about underspray. But weirdly I am also averse to a totally clean looking effect as it more often than not looks too clinical... I love the balance, feel and immediacy from a combination of sharp and minimal underspray. If that makes any sense!

don't be silly. i'm not an artist and i'm going......i think a lot on people would like to see a big version of royal flush, it would look great.
If you did want to go and it was ok with logical you could have halk my space if you wanted.

Have bought a few pieces from him in the past. Very happy with them.
Last week, out of the blue - no warning whatsoever - a parcel arrives - marked as being for my kids.
In it was this - beautiful little canvass - AP obviously knows that my love of art has rubbed off on my kids.
They were thrilled and love it. I was touched, to say the least.
Top bloke imo - made my day, and that of my kids.
Cheers buddy.

Really glad 'D4' was appreciated . Cheers for the rest of the compliments guys, for the last year I have been really enjoying doing my art, getting comments and feedback from people here. I have learn't so much and met some great guys.

I sent a PM saying how much I liked the 'Olymian' stencil and AP sent me a beautiful cardboard test spray, which was not only great to look at, but it was sooo carefully packaged clearly with love!! Bubble wrap, thick black and yellow tape, cardboard stiffener, inside another box - which made opening it a real treat, reminding me of pass the parcel games when I was a nipper.
Not only that but a signed certificate of authenticity too on finest quality paper - a great package, apologies for not thanking you before but it's been at the Royal Mail depot for a while, I only picked it up yesterday.
