Just back from there... arrived around 11.30 and queued for around 40 minutes... fricking COLD.
Got a snap of the Micallef... lovely image but very small and pricey. Release is tomorrow, apparently there will be a '"very limited" number to buy online.
Loved the Dran work and the Banksy originals are great, much of the rest of it did nothing for me. New Insect stuff is a bit dull and they seem to be pushing a lot of old prints.

Think its probably correct. They probably have some preferences but nothing finalised yet.

Ha, I did that in 2007 - I was buying nearly every print they released, none of which I ever framed... older and wiser this year (I think!)

I have done, hence my comment. Are you suggesting there is another reason for them pushing old print releases ,which they are sat on a big pile from the original release?

The painted original (fairly sure this was a small original at Lazarides?) has really subtle shading, which seem to get lost in the etching completely. Looks a tad heavy handed.
