A homeless guy comes on to post and gets totally dismissed as a drug addict and piss head. Maybe we should just talk about shares and cleaners? Has it really come to this? God help us. Maybe it's usual for this time of year with a Banksy print, noticed lots of members posting that have been very quite all year. It's pretty sad for 11 months of the year, let's not make it unbearable. Infact would go as far as saying give all the prints to the homeless to sell on eBay, then the rich kids can buy them.

You don't have to be your typical 90's Graf artist, into trainers and pills to like banksy, he appeals to all, from the homeless to the upper tiers of society, and by placing art on the street he removes the need to belong to a class.

I remember walking into Santas Ghetto on Charing X road a few years ago and being confronted by all these ideas, I loved it. They hated the Daily Mail, like me (hate daily mail tees), distrusted the police, like me (polite tape), and the affordable art and poke at christmas vibe worked then. I haven't been to M&S yet but I think the Banksy canvas - Boring sums it up for me. It's a tired idea that doesn't really work anymore. The bombed bus print got the column inches POW crave but I think they're better than this. Last year they didn't do the Ghetto, next year I hope they do something different.

The whole "middle class twats" thing is a bit "chip on shoulder" and does not reflect well on this site. People here are spending hundreds if not thousands on prints and should keep in perspective how fortunate they are.
We should all be able to get along whether we are homeless or titled!!

I don't get the POW emails either. My theory is that my email address is too long and not all the characters get entered into their database.
Maybe try opening a short email address.

I have a mate who has no interest in Banksy but gets the POW mail out. Last time round he picked up a donuts piece which he then flogged on eBay. I imagine quite a few go that way. I wish POW would leave it to word of mouth but they obviously enjoy the hype side of things and don't care that Banksys work ends up in the hands of people who have zero interest in him and who need to finance their christmases.

Have you tried cooking some organic vegetables in you le creuset on your Aga? That should ensure you get the email.
