be patient, something will come up - it's heartening to know though as someone who queued up that in spite of a hell of a lot of bullshit that was written on here about how awful the queue was (it wasn't an organisational success but it wasn't half as bad as some whiners made out) that there appears to be a very large proportion that bought it because they liked it.
if you believed everything you read you would think that it was 90%/10% in favour of flippers but it might actually have been the other way round......?
either way OT once again from me! best of luck in your search and like i say, one will come along so just bide your time ;-)

market forces will dictate everything with this print, the very small editions means that certain shades will absolutely disappear but in the main you can actually go after 75-100 prints or more in what are essentially different shades of the same colour.
if the image proves popular over time and owners are reluctant to be parted with theirs then prices will go silly, i doubt they will be too hard to come by but in two-three years time?
i went for the slate version, it may seem a boring choice but i wanted something that i could live with over time - i do really like the garish colours but worried i'd soon tire of those.

I was merely suggesting on the previous page that eBay prices right now don't suggest these will be available for around 2k or below come January or February. It's the potential buyers on here actually wanting one saying "I'll wait for hype to die down when these will be available below ยฃ2k". Grey's maybe!!!! I personally think not, could be very wrong though. Not hyping at all, just giving my honest assessment. We'll see! Those 10k one's though were b@ll*cks. Can't believe they went for that somehow, totally ignored those.

With the exception of the bogus ยฃ10k auction 95% of them are averaging in the low to mid ยฃ3's. Can't seem them getting as low as ยฃ2k though unless the colorways continue which is possible. January and February are definitely great time to buy.

Thought it is all about the vibrant ones and i get your point, i still try to get a NBG for 2k. After release they were sold for arround 1,5k and CYW is sold for 3k now. I'm not sure if it's cheaper to buy now or wait... missed the point to buy a NBG, i don't wanna pay 2,2-2,5k for a NBG and i'm not sure where the prices for the CYW go.
Downtalking on the one side and hyping on the other side,but i'm sure only dropping a number like 2k on the forum during they're sold for 3k on ebay won't help you getting the print.
I DONT EITHER ? ยฃ2k is enough for the grey ones i m o ...... Thought it is all about the vibrant ones and i get your point, i still try to get a NBG for 2k. After release they were sold for arround 1,5k and CYW is sold for 3k now. I'm not sure if it's cheaper to buy now or wait... missed the point to buy a NBG, i don't wanna pay 2,2-2,5k for a NBG and i'm not sure where the prices for the CYW go. Downtalking on the one side and hyping on the other side,but i'm sure only dropping a number like 2k on the forum during they're sold for 3k on ebay won't help you getting the print. |
