- paying the extortionate rent they will be paying for that location - I wouldn't release it until the end, and would do so by a raffle, with a limit of ยฃ20 per person bought in person in the shop, which would give huge exposure to their other artists and help drive non-Banksy sales (or no limit at all, which could be justified if an elements of the profits go to charity).
- the above however would rule out the international market, and bearing in mind the huge amount of promotion done over the in US, Europe, Australia etc in the past year, there will have to be another colour version, which is done via an online lottery (or even better, a raffle, if they're allowed to do that).
Just my twopence...

I was lucky but a bit of notice would be better. If people want to camp outside for a few days then let them. It would only be for the love of the print if they did. I know i wouldn't do that to make a few ยฃยฃยฃยฃ
