the print is in mint condition framed behind museum glas in a non smoker, non pets household. I'm happy to sell it framed or unframed, whatever you prefer.
i got the Pest Control certificate in hands and the print is registred in my name.
i would prefer a face to face deal, but i'm happy with sending it around the world for your expenses.
Selling it for £15k ono.

Some of the prices I've been quoted recently for that print are laughable, with the most entertaining 35,000 Euros.

I think his asking prices are completely realistic, the only problem is that people have their heads in the clouds thinking that prices will never stop rising. |

Exactly. it's pretty damn ridiculous when a gallery is more reasonable on an asking price than a private seller. And now like you said an auction might be the better method of purchasing. Sellers are living in lalaland with only one thing in common, stale inventory and when it's not stale it's fun to watch them chase the real market. Lol

I thought Banksy said something like, we have the right to change or remove something we are forced to look at every day.
So maybe the building owner got fed up looking at it.
Street art doesn't look right with perspex ove rit anyway. It's out of caracter with the street and hints at "look at me" i'm so special, i have perspex protection"
On the bright side the "Cafe" with arrows is still there.
