Regrettably, I must inform you that we will be unable to fulfill your order. As you know, we had only a limited number of signed books and received an unprecedented volume of requests for them, which were fulfilled in order of receipt. I never ordered the book from Amazon because I thought I'd get this ... and now, it looks to me like the book is now out of print โ although that's just a guess based on the fact it has been sold out online everywhere for weeks. Although it will probably go in to a second printing.

You had to be in New York, with just a days notice (i think?), and then just a few released online with so much promotion and time delay that the whole world knew about it.

Sounds like Aldrich have made a right meal of this!
Drama and disappointment aside though, the book is excellent. Highly recommended!

Sounds like Aldrich have made a right meal of this! Drama and disappointment aside though, the book is excellent. Highly recommended!
I ordered two although at different times and got 2 rejection emails. Did you order two and only get one book? That could have been the reason.

Thank you so much for your recent purchase of the Aldrich Edition work by KAWS, Untitled (Image of SpongeBob), a nine color screenprint on paper; 20 x 20 inches; edition of 100.
I wanted to update you on our shipping schedule for this edition. KAWS decided to reprint the edition to new specifications, which has caused a delay in the shipping of your print. We have just received confirmation that the reprint is now successfully under way. As soon as the printing is complete, KAWS will schedule a time to sign the edition. We then anticipate being able to ship your work to you in early February.

I've been looking for weeks before I ended up ordering from amazon.co.uk. I found out about toyqube after I ordered from amazonUK but amazonUK was still cheaper. the total cost plus delivery to the US was $42 and toyqube the cost was $45 before shipping.
I'm going to Aldrich at the end of the month to have KAWS sign it for me. Hopefully the book arrives in time. If i had known I wasn't getting a signed copy I would have ordered the book moths ago when it was available here.
By the way, I personally called Aldrich a few weeks ago and was told they got over 600 orders and only about 250 books and that they were fulfilling them in alphabetical order because they didn't have the time to figure out orders in the order they were placed. The store manager told me their order numbers are not sequential, which is complete BS.

Well that would make sense why I didn't get one but that would be real stupid because everyone got an order number, start at the lowest number isn't any harder than start at A.
And y'all can order the book from Amazon and Borders but I don't think the order will get filled anytime soon. I think the book has sold out. But like I said it will probably get reprinted, which may take months. Check your local art book store for a copy.
