There is also the uniqueness in that it is screened on top of a banksy too.
I based my price on current 'asking' prices for decent Faile images where some are being offered at £3.5k. i therefore thought my estimate of £2.8 or near offer was a fair reflection.
I have had some feedback and based on this I am not a million miles off in terms of valuation.
I also asked for a few Banksy prints I would love and offered to add cash where necessary.
It's not a big deal as if it has not gone by the end of the week its going off to be framed!

keep it, as its one of only a few of your pieces that I actually do like - just sell some of your other crap ;D

Considering that the Happens Every Day is around £3K mark I think you are asking a bit too much but...
It is a fantastic image. Mad and beautiful at the same time.

Thanks for explanation Zippy, not having a dig just interested to hear the explanation. There's some hardcore Faile fans on here who keep saying so and so's worth 2k+ etc etc just not really seen much sell for that much since the high and heady days of this fair art collecting obsession.
