His English isn't great, but refused and accused me of not being a serious buyer.
I stated that I just wanted to check with PC to which he turned funny, saying the COA WAS IN HIS NAME, BUT HEONLY OWNED IT 2 weeks. Stop wasting his time.
I asked once more, just the print number and he just sent back 'edition of 150'
Nothing since. Been bid up by his 0 score accounts too by the look of it.

Suspicious To be fair, most forum members use subpar English. I want to vomit at the number of times I've seen "would of" typed instead of "would have." That said, it is a blatant red flag to back out of any transaction if the seller claims to be from an English speaking country and makes mistakes in spelling and punctuation. I've noticed from the thread involving Metropolis Art that Ashbeck claims his name is "Mark" and that he's from the UK. For his sake, I certainly hope that Mark is short for a longer Greek forename because he certainly isn't a native speaker. |

I just got off the phone with eBay. They confirmed the same thing. No limit to buyer protection. They told me "For example you could buy a $50,000 item and you would still be protected".
So I now have PayPal and eBay telling me the same thing. No limit.
