and no matter for me! 
If anyone find a video of JR's wish, plz post link here. Found nothing on TED nor TED prize websites. JR's wish is nice, a large-scale participatory art project... Need to find time to participate in project and, more difficult, to find a wall in Nairobi which is not own by City Council !! I have my ideas, so will try to come up with nice project idea !! jeromeetjess - You are right, I should only also speak about what I see !! Just a bit sad to have miss JR twice in Nairobi and that my emails got no replies. And when I spoke to someone at the French Embassy got that replied, saying he is bourgeois chic and blahblah... on top of bad critics the movie got... yeah was disappointed. @jakek - You are so right !! Not the same quality though  But these Eyes, edition 50, at 500 GBP is a bargain !!

in terms of signed I can only think of:
FOUND LA (2006)
LAZ TATE MODERN (2008)
SOCIAL ANIMALS (2011)
Unless crackedz ever had signed - which I don't recall seeing (and if they had they could have been part of the Found edition)

I don't know why not. The buy button still works and I don't know anyone who has ordered one. I suspect there are still lots.
I have been on the fence about this one. Seems expensive and a bit of over kill with the other versions out there.
