I agree the lack of feedback will have had an impact on the ending price (why genuine low feedback sellers try to sell on high price items like this amazes me as it is never going to do as well)
As I said £4k seems pretty decent ;D

I agree 100% on this one.Looks as if someone has taken time to replicate the worn and damaged areas from the original work,but there are several inconsistencies...the most obvious for me being the smoke trail appearing to coil at the bottom of the "copy" whereas the original goes straight up before coiling.

I bid on this previously. It ended way above my bid I think but I nevertheless I got a second chance offer.
I repeated questions I'd previously asked about provenance, mint condition, ever been framed, stuck to back board etc as you do and got no answers. Also I asked if I could pay cash on collection to inspect it myself and got no answer.
So, please let me know if you know loudlozza and whether he or she has just missed my mail but most importantly be aware that in my humble opinion all is not quite right.
