Seems very reasonable for a signed edition of 300 & great early signature, surprising these haven't had the same interest as other prints such as No Ball Games & donuts, which have went up massively in price in recent months.

I know, I sold my GR for 4k about 3 years ago as I needed the money but price hasn't moved much since then. I reckon in years to come it will become lot more greatly appreciated than it is now though

The flip side of your post is that if the seller is listening they will know the consensuses is not to sell at this price as there are plenty of buyers at figures well above this price. It's a £5k+ print IMO.

I am also selling an unsigned print of Welcome to Hell - Red plackard - by Banksy. Again this comes framed in UV and has provenance from Pest Control and an original cover letter/email from Dora at POW confirming the authenticity of the piece before Pest Control certificates were issued.
