I know of at least 2 GR that are kicking about where the holders are concerned they may have missed the boat. Yes, anecdatal, but these are not as hard to get as people may think

CWSB prints are hard to sell as they're so expensive. There aren't many people in the market for that print at a given time. It's hard to compare them to Banksy's other output. |

There are some serious APs out there, not just the reaper, but others that deserve a serious premium. Hand finished, etc. Some absolute bonkers ones.
