We had this one lined up from before the birth of my baby daughter last month so, at 17 days old she already has her hands on her first piece of original art. The balloon colour was to be determined once I knew if we were having a joy or a girl. Her brother has one with a red balloon. Iโm really delighted with it. Thank you jamo. Now to get a frame for some DIY framing.

Back in 2010, the Rheinische Post ( regional newspaper in Dusseldorf / Germany ) ran a special about Gerhard Richter.
As part of this, GR came up with an exclusive piece called '20280'
A friend of mine worked at RP and as Gerhard Richter was known back then to not mind signing things, he asked him to sign one of the '20280' pages. Which he did.
One of my favourite pieces in my collection - not only do I love Gerhard Richter but it also reminds me of some fantastic years in Dusseldorf.

As some may know the galleon on the famous Blue Peter badge was based on one of Tony's drawings, and I was fortunate enough to pick up that original drawing at auction recently.
It's a tiny wee thing (14cm square) which has been hidden in a private collection for years and it'd be wasted in my house, so I'm in touch with his daughter to see if there's somewhere it could be put on display with some of his other work or other Blue Peter ephemera.
It's the only piece in my collection where the provenance includes a Daily Mail article and an episode of The One Show ๐

There were some cracking 'gallery' signs from Take Hart that I would have been keen on as well. Hope you find a great way to share it.
