Incidentally, a friend of mine on seeing Neate's work commented how much it reminded her of the 80s Scottish artists (aside from the obvious nods to Bacon and Picasso of course). I can certainly see echoes of Howson's work in Neate's paintings.

Thank you Gary, you have really made this print come alive. I hope you were lucky in getting a Hoppers for yourself. This now sits just behind CG150 as my favourite Choe piece. Triple mount - Inner off white 1", 1/8" of a subtle rust colour in the middle, then 2 1/2" of off white on top. Flat distressed white frame. UV glass. Yum yum! Enjoy.      Please excuse the wallpaper as we've just moved in and haven't stripped, plastered & decorated yet!
Hoppers looks fantastic, Hopefully Im going to see Gary this month with all of my Choe's for him to frame, If they are as good as this then I will be very happy.
