Artists You Might Not Know, by Daylight Robber on Jul 19, 2019 21:34:19 GMT 1, I'd like to introduce you to the first street piece, I hope of many, by a young artist, Phoebe Bell. Phoebe is just 18 years old and completed her A Levels (including Art) this year. Just a few weeks ago I was helping hang her A Level exhibition and it was pretty obvious she has some talent. I took the liberty of inviting a mate involved in art scene to come and see her work and he invited her to paint a wall.
