Ludo's work was mentioned on here a while ago, but well worth looking at it again.
I especially like those skulls - the street work is excellent.

I visited an exhibition of his work in Vienna a few years ago. Really superb, and hilarious work.
Dont try commissioning a piece though - he died in 1783!
