I guess I'll buy a standard VNA 13 and wait for a special VNA 14.

George made the right call on this one...sure it's not good to miss out (i've never got anything from a POW lottery for example) but it does seem a littler fairer than assumign everyone who wants a copy will be in front of a computer as a given time.
Also, after some site crash issues it's a lot easier to do the lottery and not end up with hundreds of frustrated people who couldn't even get the opportunity to purchase. With a lottery you're at least in with a chance from the off.
