You fucking p*ick, if you think I am obsessed about money then you are one of the few people who don't know anything about me.
When a 'gallery' sells you a limited piece of art and tells you there will only ever be 5 of them made and then 6 months later they produce a print run of 100 of the same image then yes I have issues. The same gallery then allows 100's of signed but unnumbered prints to be sold off at ยฃ35 a time when they were selling the very same numbered and signed editions less than 3 weeks earlier to people for ยฃ400 + ! Greed, pure and simple, selling without a conscience to get as much money in as possible before closing the shop, totally unethical.
I don't give 2 fucks about the money, and I personally haven't lost any money because of their actions, I actually went in there to get an original piece of art that i really wanted but left empty handed in disgust.
Regardless of your point of veiw it's wrong full stop.
And next time you want to have a dig at me fella then make sure you have your facts right!

None at all. Think you'll find it a great piece. I've one which looks great in an old ornate frame - much better than any of my Banksy prints if I'm honest.

And from Stop and Search onwards there hasn't been anything worth trying to buy. His work on the street is still as good, but the prints? Not good enough I'm afraid. They're beginning to look tired.

I got one from the last 'series' direct from the Aquarium in December. 'Stencil Art Is So Last Week' on the rat's placard. Came with a fake pest control certificate. I think the quality and finishing is great and for ยฃ45 they are a hoot.....

IMO for what they are, they're fine. And a bit of fun.

Yes  It's going to sit happily on my wall with the warm knowledge I didn't cut any of my fingers off while trying to make a stencil, I didn't need to find some spray paint nor wonder around the streets trying to find the right bit of cardboard myself.
Now I know there's no financial aspect in my purchase, but I also wonder how many people scoffed at the thought of spending ยฃ50 on a piece of canvas with a stencil on it just 6 years ago down in Bristol.
