The reason I ask is because I filed a claim once as an item I received was clearly a fake and Pay Pal wanted a written report by an expert in the field. A idiot could have told you it was a fake.

They actually told me to be ready to get the print to an expert for the investigation, but they probably went to the link I provided about this thread and did not find it relevant to investigate further. Also, since I can not communicate with the seller after I filled the claim, maybe he reasonned himself and offered the refund to Paypal. And also my 100% positive feedback on 185 transactions might have help my credibility agains the seller. I have no way of being 100% sure what exactly they looked at for the ruling, but it was very fast and efficient.
