Yeah but I don't think that is covered in Per-specs. Adds a heck of a lot onto the value.

Its such a shame this is starting to happen, I wonder if it will make Banksy think twice about where he throws up in the future..

I thought id seen this wall before.
Does anyone remember that photo of a banksy piece and someone who looks alot like damon albarn? Might even have banksy in the shot.
Is it the same wall. I know it was taken around the same area

Banksy Portobello Rd / ebay, by ryskip on Jan 15, 2008 12:50:54 GMT 1, I was just thinking about this, coming from a construction back ground I wonder if the seller has a schedule of works or indeed any type of contract documents or is he relying on the buyer to make good any defects, which include replacing the big old hole of brick and blockwork?
Could be funny if the buyer left this guys propery on props once the wall is removed!!

"sorry but wont be buying it as i cant get the money i thought i could get finance so will be relisted or sold to under bidder"
Now I'll try the second highest bidder.

I think if I went to my bank manager asking for nearly a quarter of a million pounds for a piece of old crumbly wall with a bit of paint on that somehow needed removing in one piece, re-siting and rebuilding I think I'd be refused the finance too ;D specially if I couldn't stretch to a £365 Toyota!

'Honest guv, didn't mean the building to be demolished. they just started chipping away at the art and the whole thing collapsed.. Now if i could just re-submit those plans again...'
