No, I won't be, I'm not sure about the reforming of groups so many years later, Sham 69 & The Stranglers have both played were I live and I was very into both groups at the time, but I don't think seeing the old men go through the motions is going to light my fire. I'd rather get my nostalgia from listening again to the original albums.
I thought that and didnt bother going to see the pistols in 96 I think. Gave away my ticket.Then saw a dvd and they were brilliant.The originals and best. Lydon having a go at people spitting at him.Tunes still fresh.At the end of the day its better than the pub and if it sucks just go to the bar I think. Brixton is a good venue,as you can wander in and out.Not too late to change your mind.
